Annual Grapevine reports have been published since fiscal year 1961. Each of these reports includes a national overview of state tax appropriations to higher education, as well as detailed tables for each of the 50 states. Please note that beginning with fiscal year 1986, the annual reports include two sets of data: (a) initial appropriations figures for the current fiscal year and (b) revised appropriations data for the previous fiscal year.
